What do I need to apply?
You will need to find your provider on our website. Also, be ready to enter your personal information, including date of birth, last four digits of your SSN, and physical mailing address (no P.O. Boxes). Lastly, ensure that any “freeze” on your credit profile is lifted prior to applying.
How old do I need to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Residents in Alabama must be 19 years of age to apply.
How long is my approval valid for?
Approvals are valid for 120 days. Once that time period expires, you are welcome to reapply.
What happens if I have a credit freeze in place?
If you have a credit freeze, you’ll need to temporarily lift it before applying for PatientFi financing.
How can I manage my payments?
After accepting a transaction, you’ll receive information to access the Payment Portal, where you can make payments, set up auto-pay, and manage your account.
How are refunds handled?
To request a refund, please contact Dr. Chow Rejuvenation directly. We defer to the refund policies put in place by Dr. Chow Rejuvenation and cannot initiate a refund without their approval. Once Dr. Chow Rejuvenation authorizes a refund we will deposit the refunded amount (full or partial) into your account. Your Cherry account status and loan balance are adjusted accordingly. If a partial refund is issued, your loan amount will be adjusted to reflect your new remaining balance. If a refund is issued in full, any payments made on your loan will be returned to you.
